Hi Fellow Neighbors,
I've set up this blog so that we can have a forum to resolve issues with Sadler Construction and get our roads plowed this winter. I've spoken with the city council, who basically said their hands are tied because legally our subdivision is still Sadler's private property (funny, I know I paid a handsome sum for 'my' lot.....). The city suggested that we might band together as home owners to try and get something done.
I am not in a position to take charge so I propose that someone spearhead our efforts to put together a certifed document naming our issues with all of our signatures and then deliver that document to Sadler. If he does not comply or respond by a certain date then we could take legal action.
In the meantime, please post a comment with your name and email address and I will invite everyone to be contributors to this blog. We can post and comment and work together to get things happening.
And anyone who wants to volunteer as our representative, please do so.

p.s. When we're done with this, we could use this blog for neighborhood parties or service projects, etc....

As far as I understand, the city has a list of things Sadler is responsible for completing in our subdivision before they will incorporate us into the city. Maybe we need to get a copy of that list for everyone to have and to send with our papers to Sadler?
