Subdivision Meeting
When: April 9th- Saturday Time: 7 pm Where: Fischer's Fire Pit For: Everyone in the Subdivision We would like to get together and form a subdivision committee (like our covenants say to do)- we need a President and two other people Please come and put your input in!!! Also, we would like to plan a clean up day- lets clean the subdivision up- pick up garbage off the empty lots and state houses and in our rocks! If everyone can help it will get done in no time!

We never were told of any covenants or signed anything. In fact the first time we had heard of it was about 6 months after we bought our home, the Smith's were talking about it one day with us. I contacted the state and they were not aware of the covenants, but now are. But, they were not part of our contract. We want to follow as best as we can and would like to know what actually is being done. But we do not fall under the covenants> We love this neighborhood and love our neighbors and we want to all get along and help where ever we can.
Can someone please post a copy of the covenants. We rechecked all of our paperwork and do not have a copy either.
